Then it comes to business skills where experiences are important as well. Workers must have the ability to estimate a project's budget, allocating tasks and completing the tasks within the time frame and budget given. The workers too must have the knowledge in customers' point of view. They should know whether the product is able to meet the customer's requirement. IT workers should learn how to initiate a project, leading and terminating it, introducing a new product to the customers based on their needs and have the product to be spread in the market.
